Edel Mc Guinness founded her business in 2011 in the middle of the recession. She always had a passion for property and followed her dreams. Her mission was to provide her clients with a stress-free experience and commitment to customer care, this shines through in every transaction, ensuring that every client receives the personalised attention and professional service they deserve.
Edel is a hard-working and enthusiastic Property Services Provider with a proven ability to achieve the best for her clients by combining her local knowledge and expertise.
Her business was set up in Balbriggan to serve the people of North County Dublin Fingal area and the surrounding areas of East Meath. Such areas are Balbriggan, Balrothery, Skerries, Rush, Lusk, Swords, Stamullen and Naul village. The pillars she built her business on were:

Edel is a fully licensed property services provider through the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
Edel is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV).
Other Business Associations
Edel was elected onto the Balbriggan Chamber of Commerce executive committee in 2015 and became a director of this committee. She is committed to helping other businesses succeed in the area and also enhancing the town of Balbriggan.
Being the only female on this committee, Edel decided to launch a “women in business” group, namely NFWIB (North Fingal Women in Business) along with three other local businesswomen. This was formed in 2016, and it is a social platform where businesswomen can meet, learn and share their experience and challenges with other like-minded women in business.
In 2015, EMG Property Consultants acquired a corner commercial unit on the main street of Balbriggan. Edel was determined to make a mark on the local property scene and is committed to serving the people of North County Dublin for the future.
